British Vogue described Cara as the star face of the autumn/winter 2012-2013 season after she appeared in shows for high-profile designers including Oscar de la Renta, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Stella McCartney and Chanel.

Her more recent achievements include,being the  face of CHANEL's Resort Campaign,being on the covers of i-D,British and Korean vogue, and having spreads in American and Russian Vogue.and wanking in the Victoria's Secret annual fashion show.
